SHAMPOO:

1. Thoroughly wet hair
2. Apply a quarter-size amount (or more for longer/thicker hair)
3. Gently massage into scalp and roots using fingertips
4. Work shampoo down through mid-lengths and ends
5. Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear
6. For deep cleansing, repeat if needed

CONDITIONER:

1. Apply to soaking wet hair
2. Use a generous amount, focusing on mid-lengths to ends
3. Use "praying hands" method to distribute product evenly
4. Gently detangle with fingers or wide-tooth comb
5. Leave on for 3-5 minutes
