Order Processing & Delivery Times
Processing Time: Allow 1-2 business days for processing and packing before shipment.
Delivery Estimates: The estimated delivery times shown at checkout are provided by shipping carriers based on transit time from our location to yours. These estimates do not include our 1-2 day processing time, so please add 1-2 days to the checkout estimate for your actual delivery timeframe.
Multiple Shipments & Locations
Orders may arrive in multiple shipments as we operate from multiple fulfillment locations to serve you better. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and confirmation email.
Vendor Direct Shipping: Some products ship directly from our brand partners, including:

- Oars & Alps
When your order includes vendor-shipped items, our $4.99 flat rate shipping may not apply, and products will arrive in separate shipments.
Shipping Confirmations
When you place an order, you'll receive shipping confirmations via:
- Email (check spam folders if not received)
- SMS (if you've signed up for text notifications at checkout)
Delivery Notifications: You'll also receive notifications when packages are delivered. This is especially helpful for areas with harsh weather conditions to prevent packages from being exposed to the elements.
Where We Ship
- U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
- No APO/FPO addresses
- Canada: Limited exceptions (customer pays all duties/fees)
Shipping Costs
- Orders $99+ (Continental U.S.): $4.99 flat rate (when all items ship from our facilities)
- Orders under $99 or including vendor-shipped items: Standard USPS/UPS rates (5-7 business days transit)
- Expedited shipping: Currently unavailable due to carrier delays
Delivery & Address Issues
Missing Packages β What To Do
If you receive a delivery notification but cannot find your package:
- Search thoroughly around your property (behind planters, side doors, etc.).
- Check with neighbors (sometimes packages are misdelivered).
- Wait 24 hours (occasionally packages scan as delivered before arrival).
If still missing: Email info@maneprint.com or call 208-268-0598. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier immediately. Once confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement right away.
Address Accuracy β Critical
Double-check your shipping address. Auto-filled addresses may be incorrect if you've moved recently. We are only responsible for shipping to the address you provide.
Need to change your address? Email team@maneprint.com or call 208-268-0598 immediately after placing your order. We can only update addresses before items ship.
Incorrect Address Consequences:
- If delivered to the wrong address you provided: No refund issued
- If returned to us due to a bad address: Refund of product cost only OR reship for an additional fee.
Autoship Subscriptions
How Autoships Work
We provide multiple opportunities to modify or cancel autoship orders.
Notification Schedule:
- Email when subscription is created
- Email 3 days before next autoship processes
- Email when autoship processes
- 36-hour hold after processing before shipment
This system gives you time to skip, modify, or cancel upcoming shipments.

Autoship Returns
Shipped autoship orders are eligible for return if unused and unopened, following our standard return policy. Maneprint is not responsible for return shipping costs if you fail to cancel during the notification/hold periods.
Return Policy
Mandatory Requirements for All Returns
- 30-day deadline from delivery date (no exceptions)
- Items must be completely unopened and unused
- Original packaging and tags required
- Pre-approval required (email returns@maneprint.com first)
Non-Returnable Items (No Exceptions)
- Opened or used products of any kind
- Trial/travel sizes (2oz or less)
- Used accessories (combs, brushes, clips, bonnets, turbans, etc.)
- Opened supplements (teas, vitamins, gummies)
- Clearance/final sale items
- Items damaged during customer use
Styling Tools
- 7-day return window only
- Must be unopened and unused
- Customer pays return shipping costs
How to Return Items
US Returns:
- Email returns@maneprint.com with subject "Start A Return".
- Include: Order number, items returning, reason for return.
- We'll email you a pre-paid return label (if eligible).
- Print label, attach to package, and drop off at carrier location.

Refund Processing
- Refunds Include: Product cost only
- Refunds Do Not Include: Original shipping, return shipping, taxes, duties, or handling fees
- Processing Time: Refunds issued once returned items are received and inspected
- Payment Method: Refunded to the original payment method (up to 10 business days depending on your bank)
Gift Returns:
- Items marked as gifts receive gift card credit
- Items not marked as gifts are refunded to the original purchaser
Packaging & Shipping Care
We take great care in packing all orders using:
- Biodegradable packing peanuts
- Eco-friendly bubble wrap when needed
- Protective packaging appropriate for each product type
Damaged Shipments β Mandatory Requirements
Critical: All damage claims require immediate documentation
You must take photos/videos before touching, moving, or disposing of any damaged items or packaging.
Required Documentation (within 48 hours of delivery):
- Photos of the shipping box exterior
- Photos of the shipping box interior
- Photos/videos of all damaged products (multiple angles)
- Photos of leaked/spilled contents (if applicable)
Reporting Timeline:
48 hours maximum from delivery date and email returns@maneprint.com immediately with:
- Order number
- List of damaged items
- All required photos/videos
Claims will be denied if:
- Reported after 48 hours
- Missing required photos/videos
- Items or packaging disposed of before documentation
- Carrier inspection access not provided
Do not dispose of anything until the claim is resolved.
Free Samples
How It Works:
When your subtotal reaches the required minimum, a pop-up at checkout will allow you to select free samples.
Requirements:
- Samples must be added through the checkout pop-up
- Adding via βAdd to Cartβ will not work
- If not added at checkout, samples cannot be shipped later
- We do not ship forgotten samples separately

Why do I have multiple tracking numbers?
Your order may ship from multiple locations or include vendor-direct items, which ship separately.
What if my package shows delivered but I didnβt receive it?
Check your property and with neighbors. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us and weβll file a claim.
Why didnβt I receive my free samples?
Free samples must be selected at checkout via the pop-up. We cannot add or ship them later.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, but only if you contact us immediately before your order ships.
Why didnβt my $4.99 flat rate apply?
Your order may include vendor-direct items with separate shipping rates.
Can I exchange items?
No exchanges. Return unwanted items and place a new order.
Are shipping fees refundable?
No. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How long do refunds take?
Up to 10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items.
What if I signed up for autoship by mistake?
Manage subscriptions at https://maneprint.com/account/login or contact us before shipment.
