Davines Love Curl Primer is the first step in your curly hairstyle routine. The primer, much like a makeup primer, sets the stage for longer-hold and stronger delivery of your styling products to tame frizz and define curls.  

This detangler and hair moisturizer delivers incredible conditioning and smoothing while protecting from heat and humidity. This leave-in conditioner spray is ideal for wavy or curly hair.  

Pro Tip: Pair with Love Curl Controller (tame curls and manage frizz) or Love Curl Cream (Add definition and bounce) depending on styling goals.

• Leave light conditioner in hair. Do not towel dry.
• Begin squeezing curls in an upward motion to remove moisture.
• Once most of the moisture is removed, spray 15-20 pumps of Love Curl Primer throughout hair. Continue to scrunch curls in an upward motion.
• Apply Love Curl Cream or Love Curl Controller throughout hair and continue to squeeze and scrunch your curls.
• If there is excess moisture, use a microfiber towel or cotton t-shirt to blot out moisture from ends. Let air dry or diffuse.

Pro Tip

Refrain from wrapping hair dry as it stretches your curls. Shampoo and condition with Love Curl Shampoo and Conditioner. Rinse and follow with a cold shot of water. Gently cup your hands on your ends and push in an upward motion to remove as much moisture as possible while forming curls. Without using a towel, spray Love Curl Primer on hair and continue upward motion until most of the moisture is removed.
