As a Weekly Treatment

• After shampooing with your preferred Amika shampoo, apply the mask from roots to ends. Leave on for 5 to 7 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

As a Daily Conditioner:

• High Porosity Hair: Use daily after shampooing for extra moisture.
• Normal or Low Porosity Hair: Use as a weekly treatment.
