Olaplex 3 is a gamechanger for extremely damaged hair as it’s primary goal is repairing broken disulfide bonds; however, unlike the other two it requires it’s own step prior to shampooing. You also can over use Olaplex 3. Apply once per week for damaged hair and up to three times per week for extremely damaged hair. Anymore than that can cause brittleness.
